Helicopter to assist medical rescue in Jilin

Helicopters will now be used for emergency rescue in Northeast China’s Jilin province. The province’s first emergency air rescue helicopter landed at Jilin Provincial People’s Hospital in Changchun on Aug 27.

The helicopter is equipped with first aid kits, a respirator, syringe pump and oxygen cylinder, making it convenient for doctors to carry out in-flight treatments.
The air rescue service will shorten the time required to transport patients and give them timely medical treatment.
